Bought a binance acc from him and he is yet to deliver after 4 hours of payment confirmation and i asked him before buying if the account is ready and he said its ready pay and get, now hes not responding

I suspect he may be a scammer, I have paid 400 USDT but he has not replied to my messages for 2 days
