It's chinese police network, called public security network.
A country-wide police lan, isolated from internet.
It uses ip addresses like 3.0.0.0/8, 6.0.0.0/8, 11.0.0.0/8, 12.0.0.0/8

The domain is a lan oss(object storage system), part of private cloud, provided by aliyun.com.

I think you thould show  some  sample in  the table --"nb_theme_address_merge_tracks_slave". 

It's the largest data set which is 20+tb , but we down't know what it is .
