Hopefully not, if there's stricter security now and it's much harder for terrorists to hijack planes.

Repeat in what way? Like the same exact events at a different location? It could, but if you're talking about an attack type of event, most definitely. I imagine people prior to 9/11 were wondering if "Pearl Harbor" could happen again.

Usually a strike is not at the same place. It could be a large terrorist attack with a lot of causalities.
