Maybe you should try Ghost Recon, is sandboxed not like Hitman, but for sure you will like it.

When you play Ghost Recon, at first you are cautious like an assassin, but later you will become rambo to start killing spree

There's some similar games in mind like Payday, which involves robberies, or Call of Duty!
